FirstCom Music's new technical support website is now live. Clients can research firstcom.com site issues any time of the day or night. Some of the same information that is provided on the firstcom.com help page is included on the technical support site; however the technical support site goes into much more detail about how to resolve issues. As an added bonus, Ryan Roberts, Client Relations, can now be contacted via AIM during regular working hours. This is just one more way that FirstCom Music is providing support to our clients. We will continually add topics to the technical support site, so that the most current and relevant support information is always available.

 

On Thursday, October 15th at 1pm CST FirstCom Music will host a general WebEx training session for firstcom.com users. The session will provide an overview of firstcom.com and will include topics such as navigating the site, registration, music searches and saving projects.
